What to do if you have a complaint

In the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied they may register a complaint.

All complaints are investigated in accordance with our complaints procedure (a copy is available on request) and the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) rules on complaint handling. If our clients cannot settle their complaint with us, they may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR, Tel: 0207 964 1000.
